The Lighthouse Project is built on a simple belief: no one should have to navigate gender expression, fashion, or identity alone. We are creating a community-driven space where transfeminine, transmasc, and queer people can access support, learn about style, and feel affirmed in their journey, regardless of experience, background, or financial situation.

To make this vision a reality, we are looking for passionate, kind, and motivated people who want to help build something meaningful.

Who We Are Looking For

You do not need formal qualifications. If you care about helping the community, you are welcome here.

• Style and Fashion Guidance
  Helping trans people find clothing that fits, affirms, and expresses who they are.
• Clothing Design and Textiles
  Working on pieces made for queer bodies and identities.
• Web Development and IT
  Supporting our website, tools, and future digital services.
• Marketing and Outreach
  Helping us connect with sponsors, donors, and community spaces.
• Legal and Administrative Support
  Advising us on registration, structure, rights, and long-term development.
• Community Support and Volunteers
  Anyone who wants to help, even if you are not sure how yet.
